Threshold

I thought this was more of a scary effect lol but I might as well show you how to do it :P

1. Open Paint Shop Pro and the image you'd like to add the effect to. I'm gonna use this one. [LINK]

2. Go to 'Adjustment', 'Brightness & Contrast' and then 'Threshold'. Choose how you'd like the settings. I chose to leave it as it was. This is my result. [LINK]
