Angel Effect

1. Open the image you're going to use in PSP. I am going to use this one.


2. At the top of the window in PSP, go to Adjust>>Softness>>Soft Focus.


3. Once the new window pops up, match the same settings to the screenshot and hit OK.


4. You should have something like this...


5. Go to Adjust>>Sharpness>>Sharpen and make the image a little clearer.


Here is my final result.
