1. Open your image in PSP. Add a new raster layer and fill it with #f19ff5. Set it to Softlight at 100%
2. Add a new raster layer and fill it with #d0f59f. Set it to Burn at 100%
3. Add a new raster layer and fill it with #2a4172. Set it to Screen at 68%
4. Make a gradient vertical gradient with black at the top and #f68ca0 at the bottom. Set it to Screen at 100%
5. Duplicate your base layer and drag it all the way to the top. Set it to Softlight at 100%
And you're done!
